4. Digital Products & Services

All products and services offered by Sanvika Production are digital in nature. This includes software applications, mobile apps, AI services, platform access, and API integrations. Digital services are delivered electronically. Access is subject to technical requirements and internet connectivity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, brand identities, and materials on Sanvika Production platforms are the intellectual property of Sanvika Production or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without explicit written permission. Our trademarks including "Sanvika Production," "FreeAdPostKaro," "Veneration Love," and "AI Riya" may not be used without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sanvika Production shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data or business opportunities; service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes before legal proceedings.

8. Changes to Terms

Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

We do not provide refunds for: (a) services that have been fully consumed or used; (b) subscription services after the billing cycle has begun and service has been accessed; (c) promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following situations: (a) Technical failure preventing access to a paid service for more than 72 continuous hours; (b) Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors; (c) Charges made in error or unauthorized transactions (with verification required); (d) Service not delivered as described at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

4. Payment Gateway Timelines

5. Non-Refundable Items

Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel a subscription: (1) Log into your account on the respective platform; (2) Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription; (3) Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow prompts; or (4) Email support@sanvikaproduction.com with your account details and cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation: (a) Access to premium features will continue until the billing period ends; (b) No further charges will be made after the current period; (c) Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation for potential re-activation; (d) After 30 days, inactive accounts may be subject to data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Termination by Sanvika Production

Sanvika Production reserves the right to terminate service accounts that: violate our Terms & Conditions; engage in fraudulent activity; fail to pay outstanding charges after grace periods. In cases of termination due to our decision to discontinue a service, we will provide 30 days' advance notice and offer refunds for unused paid periods.

2. Delivery Timelines

Digital service delivery timelines: Subscription activations: immediate upon successful payment; Account creation: immediate upon registration; API credentials: within 15 minutes of approval; Custom integrations: as specified in service agreements; Support responses: within 24-48 business hours.

3. Access Availability

Our services are available 24/7 subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues. Planned maintenance is communicated via email and platform notices with minimum 48 hours advance notice. We target 99.5% uptime for our core services.

4. Failed Delivery

If you experience issues accessing a service after payment: (1) Check your email (including spam folder) for access confirmation; (2) Attempt to log in at the platform website; (3) Contact support@sanvikaproduction.com with your transaction details. We will resolve access issues within 24 hours.

5. No Physical Goods

Sanvika Production does not sell, ship, or handle any physical goods. Our offerings are entirely digital. Any claims regarding physical delivery or shipping do not apply to Sanvika Production's business operations.
